Hi Clear II Treated Glulams are perfect for above-ground interior or covered exterior applications, and are the most common choice for raised deck beams. The petroleum solvent based treatment is a combined fungicide and insecticide system that is applied to the wood substrate in a vacuum setting. The Hi Clear II treatment preserves the woods structural soundness and provides long lasting protection from mildew, mold, insects, and decay.
