IWP is pleased to offer Kebony dually modified wood to our siding and cladding options, currently available from all locations.  Kebony is modified through a unique patented process.  The first modification impregnates the fibers with an eco-safe furfuryl alcohol, and the second modification transforms the wood with heat.  The modification process strengthens the cellular structure of the wood and enhances stability.  Additionally, the process darkens the wood bringing out the rich, beautiful, brown tones.

Kebony’s Click-in-Cladding system is structurally stable, and made with a profile designed for building ease, efficiency, and consistency.  Kebony Cladding can be installed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally and the Click-in-Cladding fasteners are versatile, allowing the user the option of narrow or wide gaps between boards.  Available in two popular sizes and made from Clear Radiata Pine, Kebony’s Cladding offers the user a clean, distinctive look with the added benefits of a hardwood.

If looking for siding with the same strength and durability as the Click-in-Cladding, with a more rustic appeal, try the Kebony Character 90 degree Shiplap.  The Character Shiplap is made from a Knotty Scots Pine and undergoes the same dual modification process as the Click-in-Cladding, ensuring the same features are consistent in all Kebony siding options.
