Mark Kleps Joins IWP
VP of Specialty Wood
Clackamas OR—We have more exciting news at IWP! Mark Kleps has accepted a position as Vice President of Specialty Wood Products (SWP). Mark comes to IWP with extensive industry experience, most recently as VP of Sales with Disdero Lumber. Our organization will truly benefit from the skills Mark brings from his 15-year career at Disdero and previous experience in mill sales and distribution.
IWP is planning for significant growth in the coming years in both market share and geography, which requires a strong and committed leadership team. With his history of market development, vendor negotiations, team building, and skills development, Mark will be an excellent addition to this effort, working with the IWP management team to plan and execute our growth strategy across the organization.
Mark attended OSU and earned a BS in Sociology from Portland State University. He and his wife Lindsay have been happily married for 21 years and have 3 daughters, Emily (16), Elizabeth (14) and Elyse (10). Mark enjoys playing golf, watching Oregon State athletics of all types, and spending time with his family, either boating or supporting their girls’ many sports events and activities.
