Glued laminated timber, also called glulam, is a structural engineered wood product containing a number of layers of dimensional lumber bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives. Glulams allow the industry to utilize smaller dimensions of lumber to create larger, longer, straighter structural components.
